Hygiene & Safety

Our lashes are reusable when used and maintained correctly. Opened or used products cannot be returned.
If you have eye infections, allergies, or skin irritations, please consult a medical professional before use.
We guarantee hygiene during shipping, but we are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use or personal allergic reactions.

 

Order Instructions

Orders placed via DM on social media cannot be accepted. This ensures your order is processed safely and correctly and delivered on time.
By placing an order through the webshop, you agree to follow this procedure.

 

Processing Policy

All Rflashess lashes are handmade. Because each set is carefully crafted with precision and attention to detail, processing orders may take some time.

Current processing times:
• 2–5 business days for standard orders
• Up to 7 business days for larger orders

If you need your order urgently, please select the rush processing option at checkout.

 

Pickup Instructions

Orders can be picked up by appointment. After placing your order, you will receive instructions for pickup.
If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, please ensure they bring proof of authorization or provide your name at pickup. Only the authorized person may collect the order — additional guests or companions are not allowed.
If the order is not picked up within the agreed time, it will be automatically shipped, with a shipping cost of €6.25.

 

Return, Refund & Hygiene Policy

For hygienic reasons, lashes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once an order is placed, there is no right to a refund.
Exceptions are made only if a product arrives damaged or is incorrectly delivered.
In that case, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
